You will be provided with contact details for the agent who will meet you upon your arrival, and departure, hand over the keys and show you around the apartment.

You have a dedicated parking space in the underground car park. The garage doors open via the key fob on the apartment keys and your parking space is labelled number 1.

The apartment is fully air conditioned with the control located just on your right as you enter the apartment. To ensure we comply as far as possible with Spain's new energy saving regulations the air conditioning is fitted with a timer which permits up to four hours of use, before needing to be reactivated. You will see an illuminated "boost" button, please press this to set the desired timing and the air conditioning will activate.
You shouldn't need to worry about the settings on the air conditioning controller, but if they aren't to your liking...
To cool the apartment please press "mode" until you see the snow flake symbol and then adjust the temperature accordingly.
Hopefully the heating won't be required, however just in case... Press "mode" until you see "A" displayed and then adjust the temperature accordingly.
Please do not leave the aircon on whilst you are not in the apartment - it only takes minutes to cool down so leaving this on only wastes energy.
